- Ownership and rights: All photographs and video footage produced by Dinari Media remain the sole property of Dinari Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights as specified in the signed project brief or contract (e.g., web, social, print). Any additional licenses or “exclusivity” requests must be agreed upon in writing and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

- Deliverables and data: Digital files and deliverables will be provided in the formats agreed upon in the contract. Dinari Media takes reasonable steps to safeguard files during production and delivery; however, the client is responsible for archiving and backing up delivered media. Dinari Media is not liable for data loss after final delivery unless caused by gross negligence.

- Costs and scope: All pricing reflects the scope described in the proposal. Any changes or additions may require a new quote or change order. Payment terms are as stated in the contract; late payments may incur interest per applicable law.

- Confidentiality: Dinari Media will protect the client’s confidential information and sensitive materials disclosed for a project. Exceptions include information already in the public domain or legally required disclosures.

- Unforeseen circumstances: In events beyond reasonable control (e.g., equipment failure, illness, weather, travel disruptions, or force majeure), Dinari Media will communicate promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule or adjust deliverables. If a project cannot be completed, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received for the specific unfulfilled portion, minus costs already incurred for work completed.

- Model and location releases: When required, Dinari Media will secure appropriate releases for subjects and locations. If a subject or property owner refuses release, Dinari Media reserves the right to halt or modify the shoot as necessary.

- Deliverable timing: Estimated delivery timelines are provided in the contract but are subject to change due to production realities. Dinari Media will communicate any material delays as soon as reasonably possible and work toward a new schedule.

- Usage of images in portfolio: Dinari Media may use final work in its portfolio, on its website, social media, and promotional materials, unless a non-use clause is included in the contract.

- Governing law and dispute resolution: This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the contract. Any disputes shall be resolved through the agreed dispute resolution process.
